This was stated by him while addressing the principals and vice principals of workers welfare schools currently attending 40-day training and refresher session at Management and Professional Development Department (MPDD).
The Minister accompanied by Secretary MPDD Dr Liaqat Ali Khan Niazi, Secretary Labour Major Shahnawaz Badar (Retd), Secretary Workers Welfare Board Manzar Hayat and other senior officers, also took round of the department and inspected library, computer lab and mini auditorium.
He praised the training arrangements for the officers to enhance their capabilities and efficiency.
The Minister said that the students of labour schools could also produce best results provided that they were given the facilities of modern curriculum, proper attention and conducive atmosphere, like the students of other modern educational institutes.
He asked the participants of the course to improve their skills and teaching techniques by fully utilising the training and knowledge being provided to them at MPDD.
